How will you pay me?

Once we have visited you and inspected your vehicle, payment will be made by immediate Bank Transfer or by Bankers Draft, whichever is preferred by yourself.

Is my payment guaranteed?

Payment is guaranteed by HSBC or Lloyds TSB. As Bank Transfers are immediate, you will be able to telephone your bank to verify the deposit has been made.

What if I miss some dents or scratches?

It is extremely important and in everybody’s best interest that you provide us with the most accurate information possible. If you complete the online form correctly this will be assured, but we do reserve the right to revise our offer if absolutely necessary.

What if I am not the registered keeper i.e. the V5 is not in my name?

If you are not the registered keeper, please provide this information on the application form and one of our advisers will be happy to discuss this with you.

How do you know what my vehicle is worth?

Our advisers have many years experience in the auto trade and have various trade tools which help to establish a current market value.
